Our lessons are based around the following groups and names.
All groups are 30 minutes in duration other than where stated
Ducklings, beginners groups
Gosling A, early swimmers up to 5m
Gosling B, swimming front and back up to 10m
Cygnets, swimming up to 15-20m front and back
Puffins, early lane swimming
Penguins, intermediate lane swimming
Pelicans, advanced lane swimming.
Seals, coached lane swimming.

9.00am Ducklings, Gosling A, Gosling B, Cygnets, Puffins and Pelican
9.30am Ducklings, Gosling A, Gosling B, Cygnets, Puffins and Penguins
10.00am Ducklings, Gosling A, Gosling B, Cygnets, Penguins and Seal (1 hour session)
10.30am Ducklings, Gosling A, Gosling B, Cygnets.
