Swimming 25m lenagths and up to 50m of Frontcrawl, Backstroke, Breastroke and have a recognised Butterfly. Working on diving and development of swimming up to 100m, and correct turns. |
Swimming 50m of Frontcrawl, Backstroke, Breasstroke and 25m lengths of Butterfly. Working towards competancy in diving from both poolside and starting blocks, further refinement of strokes, swimming up to 200m, correct turns, survival skills. |
Swimming up to 400m using all strokes, will be proficient in diving from starting blocks. Working towards speed and stamina. Development of survival skills, additonal advanced stroke technique across all four strokes. These classes are taught by qualified Swim England Coaches. |
Swimming up to 1000m using all four strokes with a proficient techniques. Diving from starting blocks, able to perform correct turns for all four strokes. Will be working towards a clear understanding of technique, survival,. These classes are taught by Swim England Coaches and are used as talent spotting for a move to competitive swimming. |
